Borclean product grades are widened and enhanced by a revolutionary type of high isotactic homopolymer. The isotacticity of more than 98 % offers BOPP manufacturers films with improved mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, meaning higher stiffness and lower shrinkage. As a result, the polymers further deliver improved dielectrical properties and less deterioration of the film winding at higher service temperatures of the capacitor.

Recommended product grades
RF830MO is a nucleated random polypropylene copolymer that is radiation sterilisable and has a very high transparency. It is recommended for syringe barrels.
HD810MO is a polypropylene homopolymer with high transparency that can withstand radiation up to 25 KGy.
RF846MO is a random polypropylene copolymer designed to be highly transparent without the use of nucleating additives. It is suited for ISBM or IBM and is the recommended material to replace glass and other materials for bottles and containers in the medical industry.
HD850MO is a polypropylene homopolymer with a high HDT (heat deflection temperature) and good transparency. It is suitable for several types of pharmaceutical packaging.
HE7541PH is a high-density polyethylene which is easy to process, has a very high ESCR and is recommended for closures.
